At Velora Label we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your item according to the policy below.

Return policy

Return period : Velora Label accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs : The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure the return arrives safely.

Condition of the item : Returned products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with original packaging and all labels still attached.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund immediately.
Velora Label refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 days of the return being approved.

Please note : Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

Changes

Velora Label currently does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
